What is Yardstik Detect AI?
Yardstik Detect AI is a risk insight application built within the Yardstik Account App. This new dashboard leverages device, payment and personal data to provide insights for customers, insights that can be used to better understand candidate behavior occurring behind the scenes. Detect AI gives you ongoing, data-driven visibility into behaviors within your candidate pipeline — so you, the customer, now have more informed decision making capabilities.
How It Works
Candidates interact with Yardstik throughout the background check process and the multi-application/feature usage provides a unique ability to provide insights related to device, payment and personal information. Detect AI metrics are updated daily, providing timely information for customers to recognize and use for their own business purposes. This product is one part of a Yardstik solution that is designed to help customers better understand and trust their candidate base, providing visibility into a space that was previously unknown.
Your Detect AI Dashboard
The Detect AI dashboard is accessible from within your Yardstik Account App. It gives you an at-a-glance view of risk signal activity across your account, broken down by category: Location, PII, and Payment. If a section shows zero activity, it may mean either that no flags have been triggered (a good sign!) or that a particular feature isn't enabled for your account. The dashboard will indicate which metrics require specific product features to populate.
Getting Started
Detect AI is included in your Yardstik account at no additional cost. Some features require specific Yardstik products to be active (Yardstik Intake, Candidate Pay, or Duplicate SSN configuration). To learn more or enable any of these features, contact your Customer Success Manager or Account Executive.
