Some email domains can't be used to create a candidate because Yardstik,
as a third party, isn't permitted to deliver mail to them — meaning the
candidate would never receive their invitation, one-time passcode,
disclosures, or adverse action notices. The most common case today is
Apple's 'privaterelay.appleid.com', which only accepts mail from the
platform that issued the "Sign in with Apple" flow.
If the candidate's email uses an unsupported domain, the request fails
with '422 Unprocessable Entity' and an error indicating that the email
domain is not supported.
