Quickly send invitations in bulk to collect information from your candidates. You might need to use this option if:
you don’t have all the information required to run the report and need the candidate to provide it
you haven’t collected consent from the candidate and need Yardstik to collect it from them
you want to run a package with a screening that requires candidate participation, such as Identity Verification
Communication Options
You can decide how you’d like to communicate with your candidates in order to provide them the link to the form where they’ll enter their info.
Yardstik Invite
Choose this option if you’d like Yardstik to handle the communication for you. We’ll email and/or text (depending on your account settings) the link to your candidate.
This also allows you to track the status of the invite, so you can see whether it has been viewed, clicked, etc.
Ask them myself
Choose this option if you’d prefer to handle the communication yourself. We’ll provide you with each candidate’s link and you can send it to them however you like.
This option does not create an invitation in Yardstik and therefore you won’t see any invite status updates, but as soon as the candidate submits their info, you will see their report status update.
