Note: If you're not seeing this option, you can have our support team enable this on your account.
This option allows you to run reports without any interaction from your candidates.
This does mean that the package selection is limited and that you’ll need to provide all the required candidate PII in order to run a report.
Do you have candidate consent?
When ordering reports and you are providing all the info yourself, It’s important to note that you (rather than Yardstik) are responsible for collecting your candidates’ consent when providing information on their behalf.
The FCRA requires that you document your candidates’ agreement to a number of disclosures and authorizations, including but not limited to:
Background Check Disclosure
Acknowledgement and Authorization
Summary of Rights
Consult with your legal team to understand the full FCRA requirements to ensure you are compliant.
