The Monitoring Tab will show all candidates currently or previously enrolled in SOR Monitoring.
How to enroll a candidate
Within the Monitoring tab, on left-side menu, select Enroll.
Next, download the template and fill it out. Then upload the candidates you wish to Enroll.
*Please note* Candidate must be Evergreen Consented (they can select during intake), or already have consent collected by your Account. If consent is not collected, adding a candidate to SOR Monitoring will not work.
To Unenroll a candidate, its a similar process. Click unenroll in the top right corner Monitor tab. From there, download the template and choose the candidate(s) you'd like to Unenroll.
Optionally, you can Unenroll candidates individually by clicking into their profile from the Monitor page, and then selecting Unenroll.
To decision on Action Needed Monitoring reports, you will need to navigate to the Action Needed Column on the right hand side. From there, click into a report(s) that require decisioning.
Once you have clicked into a report, a menu will appear on the right hand side. You can navigate to review the report by clicking into the Consider status. This will bring you to the report PDF.
From here, its the same as decisioning on any report that is in Consider status. Proceed and Pre-adverse actions will be available for selection.
