Are your candidates not receiving their SMS invites?

If you have enabled SMS, and candidates are not receiving their invitations, you are in the right place!

The biggest issue we see with SMS is the formatting of the candidate's phone number. Please see the below chart to make sure you entered a valid format in the .csv upload document you are using.

Invalid Phone Number Format

  • xxxxxxxxxx

  • xxx-xxx-xxxx

  • (xxx)xxx-xxxx

Valid Phone Number Format

  • +1xxxxxxxxxx

  • +1(xxx)xxxxxxx

  • +1-xxx-xxx-xxxx

  • +1xxx-xxx-xxxx

  • 1(xxx)xxxxxxx

  • 1-xxx-xxx-xxxx
