Why isn't my package listed?

When ordering reports, you may sometimes see a limited list of packages to choose from.

When your candidates won’t be providing the info for their reports directly, some packages are ineligible to use and are therefore removed from the selection. Mainly you will see this if you

Examples of packages that are not listed for import:

  • identity verification packages that require candidates to interact, so any package containing an identify verification screening is ineligible for reports ordered this way

  • candidate pay packages that require the candidate to enter payment information before a report can be ordered, by them

Imports have their own limitations, too. Some information can’t be imported through a .csv file (e.g. an uploaded image of an insurance card), so eligibility is also determined by what information is required for each package.

  • Your package may require that candidates must enter personal information.

    or

  • Your package may not qualify for the import function as there are additional prompts in the package type that do not work with the import, such as employment or education verification, or identity verification.

Ultimately, if you notice a package missing from one of these lists, it’s because that package wouldn’t work for your current ordering scenario. You can rest assured that all packages in the list will work.
