Configuring Custom Fields
Navigate to Admin > Field Mappings
Expand Candidate and Candidate List sections
Enter a Label Name for each of the Custom Fields you want to use to display Yardstik Package Name, Yardstik Report Status, Yardstik Report Order Date, and/or Yardstik Report Completion Date
Uncheck the
Hidden
boxClick Save
Enable Custom Columns (if desired)
Navigate to the Candidates list
Click on Columns
Select the columns that you configured in the previous step
Add Custom Fields to Candidate Overview Card (if desired)
Select Candidate from the Field Map Entity menu
Click on the Overview Tab
Select which Overview Card to add your Custom Fields to
Give the card a descriptive title
Select your Custom Fields in the
Excluded From View
sectionPress the arrow button to move them to
Included In View
Save
That's it! Now you're ready to order a background check report from Yardstik
