Custom Fields in Bullhorn

Configuring Custom Fields

  • Navigate to Admin > Field Mappings

  • Expand Candidate and Candidate List sections

  • Enter a Label Name for each of the Custom Fields you want to use to display Yardstik Package Name, Yardstik Report Status, Yardstik Report Order Date, and/or Yardstik Report Completion Date

  • Uncheck the Hidden box

  • Click Save


Enable Custom Columns (if desired)

  • Navigate to the Candidates list

  • Click on Columns

  • Select the columns that you configured in the previous step


Add Custom Fields to Candidate Overview Card (if desired)

  • Select Candidate from the Field Map Entity menu

  • Click on the Overview Tab

  • Select which Overview Card to add your Custom Fields to

  • Give the card a descriptive title

  • Select your Custom Fields in the Excluded From View section

  • Press the arrow button to move them to Included In View

  • Save

That's it! Now you're ready to order a background check report from Yardstik
