If you received an email or text message requesting updated information, you will need to log into your profile and complete these steps so that we can continue processing your report.
Once you log in and see that your report is in “info requested” status, click or tap the purple PROVIDE INFO button.
You will need to then update or upload the requested information to your profile. For reports that require a Pennsylvania MVR form completed, you will see that file attached. Download, complete and either hand-sign or eSign the form before reuploading it. Click the purple SAVE button when you are done.

Once we’ve received your information, the Info Request section will update to a status of PROCESSING, which indicates that our compliance team is working on it.
Please note that if we do not receive the requested information within 5 days, your report will be closed.
