When accessing Yardstik, you’ll be required to confirm your phone number or email address with a verification code.

In the video, the first screen you see contains the phone number or email address that we have on file for you and a button to send yourself the 6-digit verification code.
Before sending the code, ask yourself: Is my mobile phone number correct or email
address correctly spelled? If it is, Great! If it’s not or you’d like to use a different phone
number or email address, message us directly on using the chat icon in the lower corner of your screen.
Many mobile email apps automatically open links in a browser window within the email app itself. To avoid issues with your verification code, make sure you use a separate browser app to access Yardstik, not in an in-app window within your email app. Possible separate browser options could be: Safari, Firefox, Chrome, Edge
3. Click the TEXT ME THE CODE or EMAIL ME THE CODE button.
4. Once the the code has been sent you will have 10 minutes to enter the code.
If verifying your phone number, you’ll receive a text message with your code.
If verifying your email address, you’ll receive an email with your code. Open your email app or a separate browser window to retrieve your code.
Not receiving the verification code email at all? Here are a few reasons why.
5. Copy your code, return to the Yardstik page to paste the code into the designated
area, and press SUBMIT CODE.
If you are verifying your phone number, you’ll need to also verify your email address
as outlined above.
