Why can I not enter my verification code?

When logging in, you will be required to confirm your email address with a verification code. To better understand this process please see the video below.

Still need some help? Let's break it down!

  1. In the video, the first screen you see contains your email and a button to send yourself the 6-digit verification code. When you get to this page you will want to have another browser/tab open with your email account (as shown in the video).

    Possible browser options could be: Safari, Firefox, Chrome, Edge, Internet Explorer.

  2. Before sending the code, ask yourself: Is your email correctly spelled? Great! If it’s not or you’d like to use a different email address, message us directly on

  3. If everything looks correct, click the Send Email button and switch browsers/tabs to your email account.

  4. Once the code has been sent you will receive an email and you will have 10 minutes to paste the code. Click into the email to copy the code and switch browsers back to the YardStik Profile tab.

  5. Paste the code into the designated area and press "Submit Code".

If you are still unable to enter the verification code, please message our support team directly using the purple chat icon in the bottom right-hand corner of this screen.
