If you have a candidate that failed identity verification but has since proven their identity, you have the ability to move the candidate forward in Yardstik.
How it works
The candidate will receive a message indicating that we could not verify their identity, and will be directed to contact the hiring company for instructions.
You will be able to see the failure reason(s) on their report. You have the ability to select Ignore Failure and move the candidate to the next step of the screening process.
3. After clicking Ignore Failure you will copy the Candidate Application Link and provide it to the candidate so they can complete the rest of the process.
4. Once successfully Ignored, the report will display an Ignored badge in the Identity Verification section.
