Set up your Customer Billing Portal

Yardstik is moving to a new customer billing portal starting in November 2024 for your October invoice! Here is how to create your account and more!

  1. Start your registration by clicking on the link included in an email sent from [email protected]

    If needed, contact Support using the chat icon in the lower right of the screen to receive a new registration email.

  2. Click in the Password field, create a new password, and click Register

  3. Check your inbox for an email confirmation email with the subject line "Yardstik Portal - Confirm your email for Access".

    Email not recognized? Need to change or add a billing email address? No problem!

    You can update the billing contact(s) in the Yardstik platform under My Account Contact Info, Billing Contact. Our billing department will be notified as soon as you add or remove email addresses and the Customer Billing Portal will be updated with that email address for login.

    If you have more than one email address, make sure to separate each by a comma.

  4. Click the Confirm button.

  5. You will see an email is confirmed message. Use your email address and password to login.

  6. And you're in! When you log in for the first time before the October 2024 invoices are issued, the default Invoices tab will be blank. No worries though, you'll see data populated here the first week of November!
