How to Cancel or Modify a Background Check or Drug Screening Order Through Yardstik

Debit/Credit and ACH payments are accepted in the customer billing portal. If you have trouble accessing the portal to pay overdue invoices, check your email for the most recent statement containing the outstanding invoice information. Ensure you review your inbox, spam, or junk folder if the email isn’t immediately visible. The emailed statement includes a payment link to complete the payment.

Make sure you have registered your billing account already, then select your payment method option.

Add a payment method

This can be done in 3 easy steps to save you time and hassle in the future.

  1. To start, click on the My Account icon in the upper right of your screen

  2. Then click on Add Payment Method

  3. Confirm that you want to add a Payment Method

  4. Then select the payment type you want to add, either Add Debit/Credit Card or Add Bank Account


Credit or Debit Card

Select the Add Debit/Credit Card Options and complete the required fields.

Click ADD CARD when you are done.


Bank Account for ACH Payment

When adding your bank account, you have 2 options to verify it.

Verify Manually will require you to type in your bank account information and then wait for 2 small deposits to be verified. This could take a few days for this process to complete.

Verify Instantly is the method we recommend.

Other payment options

As of November 2024, Yardstik no longer accepts paper checks. Yardstik is a paperless company.

Wire/ACH payments are an option. Please note the instructions on your invoice and provide remittance with your payment.


Change your payment method

Click on the My Account icon in the upper right of your customer billing portal screen.

Here you can manage all of your payment information and set a default.

Additionally, the portal allows you to view detailed billing and payment history, clear outstanding invoices, and update your account information.
