💻 Order a Candidate Report
A background check report can be started by using the Order Report button in the upper right. You will have options to Fill Out Form or Import File.
Fill Out Form
Ask candidates to enter their own info
This option allows you to collect information from candidates. Ask them by initiating an invite from Yardstik or generating a unique Apply URL that you can send on your own.
Select the Package from the drop-down menu and enter the candidate's first name, last name, and email address. Click Order to send the invite, or be provided their unique URL (depending on your choice above).
To order another individual report, click the Order another checkbox, and the pop up will remain open for you to more efficiently order additional reports.
Provide all candidate info myself
Enter all the candidate info and click the purple Order button to finalize.
Reuse info from previous Yardstik report
This option will reuse a candidate's current info, already in your system, to bypass them having to complete intake again. Just be sure that all the PII for the candidate is up to date before ordering.
Import File
This feature uses a .csv file to order candidate reports in bulk rather than individually, and this is an alternative option to using the form.
