Imports are a simple way to send invitations, upload candidate PII, or rescreen your workers in bulk.
Start your import
Go to the Reports page in Yardstik and select Import File from the dropdown.
Step 1: Decide which type of import to perform
You'll be presented with 3 options.
Ask candidates to enter their own info (i.e. send invitations)
Provide all candidate info myself (i.e. upload PII to run reports)
Reuse info from a previous Yardstik report (i.e. rescreen workers)

Step 2: Select your package
Once you have selected your package we will provide you with template containing all the needed information to process your request.
Step 3: Fill in the template with required information
A few basic spreadsheet template reminders:
Do not delete any columns
Follow the format of the example rows
Save your file before moving on to the next step.
If you are having any trouble with the template, take a look at some tips on how to format your import file.
Step 4: Upload Candidates
Before you import the file, make sure it is saved as a .csv with a maximum of 1000 rows.
Select Upload Candidates to import your file.
Step 5: Import and Order
The Imports page will give you the results of your import. You will need to refresh your browser page to see updated Import and Action statuses.
UP NEXT
Once successfully submitted, you'll be prompted to check back to the Imports page to check progress as we process your request.
