StaffingOS Integration

Yardstik integrates directly with StaffingOS, allowing your team to order and track background checks without leaving StaffingOS. This article covers how to set up the integration and how to order background checks for candidates and employees.

Integration Setup

Yardstik and StaffingOS connect via an API key. You’ll enter your Yardstik API key into StaffingOS, which will enable the integration.

  1. Log into the Yardstik Account App

  2. Navigate to Developer Tools > API Keys

  3. Create API Key in Yardstik

  4. Go to StaffingOS and navigate to Admin Settings > Integrations

  5. Next, go to Yardstik > Settings and paste API key

Ordering Background Checks from StaffingOS
Background checks can be ordered via invite (candidate fills out their information), or by using the candidate information already saved in StaffingOS (if candidate consent was already collected).
