Avionte and Yardstik can be easily connected in order to request background checks from within Avionte.
Create an API key for Avionte+Yardstik
1. Log into Yardstik and create an API key.
2. Once an API is created, navigate to the API Keys page.
3. At the bottom of the screen, input a Name for your new API Key and click Create. The name can be as simple as "Avionte"
4. Copy the API Key to your clipboard from the modal that appears using the copy button (shown in the red box below).
This is the only time the API Key will be displayed in its entirety. Once this modal is closed out, the API Key will be masked and cannot be fully copied again. Yardstik does not store full API Keys, and cannot provide this upon request.
Store the API Key in a secure location. Behind a password is recommended.
5. Once the full API Key is copied, click the “I have copied my API Key” button shown in green above to close out the modal.
Connect In BOLD
In order to enable and configure the integration, users need to have the Marketplace Admin user permission enabled.
Navigate to the BOLD Marketplace and find the Yardstik integration tile.
2. Paste the API key that you just created into the Partner API Key field.
Integration Settings
Now is the exciting part! You can configure the integration based on how you want to create background checks.
Bill Transaction Type
Choose from the list of transaction types that are synced to BOLD
Consent Type
Staffing or Provider
Staffing
You already have consents and will create the background check with the talent profile information. Must have talent DOB and SSN.
If you are doing MVR screens will also need Drivers License information.
Provider
Yardstik will ask for consents and candidate information from the candidate.
Default Package Expiration (Days)
This is the number of days before you can order the same package for a talent again.
Location ID
Enter "AllowNewScreening" for each location that will be utilizing Yardstik background checks. This will pull in the Yardstik packages.

Make sure to SAVE any configuration changes you made before moving to the next step.
Create a Background Check
1. When the configuration is completed and saved, you will be able to see "Create a Background Check" on the screenings tab of a talent profile.
2. Toggle the "Talent Given Consent" to Yes if you already have candidate consent.
3. Use the Select a Provider drop-down menu to select Yardstik.
4. Enter necessary candidate information fields and choose the package. The Location list will only display offices configured with a Location ID in the Marketplace that the current user has access to.
