What can I do?

This status means our verifications team needs some more information from you to continue processing your report.

You should have received an email stating what we need from you and a link to upload/verify the requested information. Need help on that?

If you did not receive an email, please use the purple chat icon in the bottom right-hand corner of this screen so our support team can further assist you!

Please note, that if we do not receive the requested information, your report may be canceled. Why was my background check report canceled?

A screening in the report is awaiting response from a third-party system.

*Please note, that we are unable to expedite these orders as some county level searches take additional time due to the particular court processes and the need for clerk-assistance.

Do you feel your report is delayed? How long will it take for my results to come back?

A Yardstik Verification Specialist is researching the report. (*It is possible that a report shows this status if it is still waiting on county records).

We appreciate your patience as we complete your report!
