Set up your billing account

  1. Email [email protected] to let us know that you would like to set up an account and which email address you would like to use for your login. This will be the master email account for logging in.

  2. We will send you an account setup email. As soon as you receive it, complete 2 more steps:

    1. Click the access your account now link to create your account.

    2. Click Create Account to set up your new billing account.

  • Create a Username and Password. Only one username and password can be created for your account.

  • Enter a Primary Email. Optional to enter 2 alternative emails.

  • Check the box to Agree to the Terms and Conditions

  • Click Create Account to complete setup.

  • Bookmark this page for future reference so you don’t have to search for a prior invoice to find the link.

3. You will be automatically logged in to your newly created account and see the personalized welcome page. Review to make sure all information is correct!


Billing FAQ

Where do I go to pay my invoice?

If you don’t have a recent email notification that includes the link to set up your billing account, you can click here to begin the setup process.

Can I pay the invoice without creating a billing account?

Yes, but there are benefits to creating a billing account:

  • See your invoice history and detail as of all invoices dated 8/31/2023.

  • See all of your invoice history since your very first invoice with Yardstik.

  • Ability to set up autopay and do not have to worry about overdue and unpaid invoices.

To simply pay or view the invoice, click here to go to your billing account. Use your recent billing notification email to enter the invoice number, invoice amount, and due date (MM/DD/YYYY).


How do I set up autopay?

If you have an existing billing account, you can set up autopay. It’s a quick 2 step process that you only need to do one time.


1. Select Auto Pay on the left menu. Select 15 from the drop-down menu (it’s the only option). You need to complete this step in order to enter your credit or debit card information.

2. Enter a credit or debit card to complete the setup.

Note: If you have provided us your credit/debit card information in the past, we are not able to transfer it to the new billing system. You must re-enter a card number in the new billing system.

💰 Auto-pay accounts will be charged on the 15th of every month for the prior month’s balance plus any overdue invoices.

Can I pay via ACH?

Yes! ACH payment functionality is available as of late September 2023. Have your bank account information available and use the Bank tab to set up your ACH.

You can make a one-time ACH payment in the Make Payment menu or set up Auto Pay for the 15th of every month.

What invoice & payment history is available in this new system?

The billing portal will have all of your prior invoices and payment history since your first invoice with Yardstik. It will not include invoice details until the invoices dated 8/31/2023 and forward.

How can I see my invoice details?

Invoice detail in .pdf format will be available in your billing account for invoices dated on or after 8/31/2023. If you need detail from prior invoices, please contact our support team directly using the chat icon in the bottom right-hand corner of this screen.

Can I still use the Review and Pay link on invoices received prior to the system change?

Yes, the Review and Pay link on all invoices dated prior to 8/31/2023 will still be active and available to process payment.

I need to change my billing contact

As long as you have a billing account set up, you can update the billing contact(s) under My Account Contact Info. Invoices are sent out based on the emails listed in this section.

I need to pay an overdue invoice

Excellent! An overdue invoice may have resulted in your account being suspended, so let's get you operating again. Here is how you can pay your overdue invoice.

I’m not receiving the invoice emails

Add [email protected] to your contacts list. Also see other reasons why you might not be receiving email.
