Emailed invitations, verification codes, information requests, and report notifications occasionally end up in Spam or Junk folders.
Still nothing? Try the following:
Add [email protected] and [email protected] to your contacts list (helps avoid spam filters).
Also add [email protected] if are trying to log in to the billing portal
If you are using a company email address (versus a personal email), check with your IT department to ensure that they aren’t blocking our emails. Please have them add our IP address
