If a candidate is not receiving their invite link or is stuck in the process, you can send them a link directly to their application so they can pick up right where they left off.
Go to Reports in your Yardstik account
Find the candidate's report in Created status
Note: You can filter by status, name, email, etc.
Click View Report
On the candidate’s report you will see the Candidate Application Link box. Click the Copy Image icon to copy the link
Paste the link into an email or text message directly to the candidate to route them back into their application.
