How to Assist a Candidate in Completing Their Background Check Intake

The best way to have a candidate complete their intake is to have them navigate to profile.yardstik.com. This will bring them to where they can enter their information.


If a candidate has trouble with profile.yardstik.com, you can send them the Apply URL to access their application directly. If they've started but not finished the intake, they can resume it from the same link. Follow the steps below to send it

  1. Go to Reports in your Yardstik account

  2. Find the candidate's report in Created status

    • Note: You can filter by status, name, email, etc. ​

  3. Click View Report

  4. On the candidate’s report, you will see the Candidate Application Link box. Click the Copy Image icon to copy the link

  5. Paste the link into an email or text message directly to the candidate to route them back into their application.
